Agility, enabled by automation, can only be achieved using cloud infrastructure, and running cloud-native applications. However, controlling “the network” is radically different when “the network” is defined in software, running on distributed clusters of Linux servers.

MantisNet is one example of a company using eBPF to provide observability and related capabilities for cloud-native networks, building on their history in Ethernet monitoring. MantisNet supports NetOps and SecOps teams making the move to Cloud Native networks.
