In this profile we look at how one company, now headed up by ex-Oracle Communications chief Bhaskar Gorti, is building the foundation for Cloud Operations-as-a-Service. In particular, how it is enabling a new way of thinking about how cloud is operated efficiently: enabling service agility and innovation, whilst taking away the complexity.
