Project Sylva & The Telco Cloud

Initiated by operators and now under the auspices of the Linux Foundation Europe, Project Sylva aims to provide CSPs and vendors with an industry reference implementation of a telco cloud.

How does Sylva relate to other open-source and standards initiatives? How much market traction is it getting and how is it learning from the lessons of earlier telco open-source efforts, notably ONAP?
