Amdocs Mycom OSI deal off

Amdocs announced on May 24, 2022, that it planned to acquire MYCOM OSI a private supplier of service assurance solutions for $188 Million in an all-cash deal. In mid-December Amdocs publicly stated that the deal was officially off the table due to regulatory approvals in the United Kingdom.
