Juniper Paragon Active Assurance (formerly known as Netrounds) is a programmable, active test and monitoring solution for physical, hybrid, and virtual networks.  Paragon Active Assurance uses active, synthetic traffic layers 2-7 and verifies application and service performance at the time-of-service delivery and throughout the life of the service.
